A lovely clean & peaceful hotel with a relaxing atmosphere that's in a prime location, and has exceptional staff who give it that personal feel, especially the young lady who checked me in & looked after me for the duration of my stay, even the housekeeping lady knocked my door after hearing me check in to ask if everything was ok!This hotel is outstanding with free parking in the complex that is shared with the Odeon cinema plus other eateries, as long as you remember to get a 3hr free parking ticket from the machine, the rooms are amazing, supportive beds & excellent water pressure in the shower, the windows don't open in any of the rooms for those who like fresh air, the in-house restaurant, The Kitchen, offers a good variety of meals that are all freshly prepared, I had the Mexican chicken burger that was of exceptional quality with a glass of chilled Chardonnay, outstanding for the price & I can't wait to return.

Disaster. 3 Rooms booked 1month ago. Arrived and all 3 Rooms had problems. Dampness, Bathroom extractor not working. Steamed up main room. No windows to open. Complained and given fans. No engineer to fix problems in all 3 Rooms. Premier inn had 1month to sort out problems so maintenance is sadly lacking . Plus couldn't sleep because air/con not working . Not happy at all.
