Wow, what awful service. Having waited nearly 15 mins on the phone to make a routine appointment, not an emergency, I was told to call back tomorrow when hopefully more appointments for the doctor I would like to see would be available. When I asked for an explanation as to why I could not book an appointment today for an appointment within the next few weeks the very patronising receptionist decided to list all the appointment dates that were already fully booked!!! I think some customer service training wouldnt go amiss with the receptionist I have just spoken too.
