I went into the store when it first opened on friday 25th of this month and I was the only person within the store and i got told to take a seat, so I sat down and seen in the reflection of a glass cabinet one of the staff members mouthing something to another colleague and pointing in my direction which I found very rude.
Nice and elegant place. Was given appointment

Had a 20 gift card which was due to run out next day,rang up as I was due an eyetest, explained on phone about the gift card and was told shouldn't be a problem as should be able to use when I came in for my appointment On arrival for eyetest 5 days later explained that I had this gift card which had now ran out,lady looked at it and said it would be ok.After eyetest and choosing new glasses was then told they would need to ring head office on Monday (it was a Saturday)to ask if gift card could be still used !!Got a phone call on the Monday and told they wouldn't authorise the gift card.Well its your loss as I will now spend 250 on a new pair of glasses elsewhere after the service I have received (and I have been a customer for many years).Would give 1 star rating but the eyetest itself was fine therefore I have given 2 star's.
I was in my home town Trowbridge for a few days and took the opportunity to try booking an eye test while I was there. Waste of my time. The oriental girl on reception was as useful as a bucket with a hole in it. We gave up and went elsewhere.
