Friendly, polite, professional staff, from receptionists through to the dentists. Have never had any problems. Only thing I would say is leave yourself time to spare as parking is minimal and also appointments can run late. I wouldn't change though.
Seemed good on first appointment, went to book a second 12 months later and was told that isI been struck off the register because I hadn't attended two appointments despite never actually making these appointments. I told them this but they said there was nothing they could do and I'd have to regusreg elsewhere.
Very unexperienced dentist. Manger is very busy to listen any complain. Next minute you will find her shopping in the next door. Tooth feeling is coming out within 4 weeks and have to pay again while I had to pay 100 to NHS as a penalty because they did not ask any money from me and give me a pepper to sign. Not recommend to anyone .
Brilliant dentist, i dont really like the dentist that much but I needed 4 teeth out and this dentist couldnt have made it easier, the receptionists, dentist and assistants are all amazing!! Highly recommend this dentist! :)
The Reception staff have always been very helpful with appointments and making you feel welcome, the dentist have gone out of their way to make it pain free whilst explaining the procedures. I'm very happy with this practice. It is good advice to build rapport with the staff.
