Appointments are very difficult to make and appointments are often rushed. If you want top quality dental care do not go here. Only ok if you are not bothered much about your teeth or you do not have significant dental work needed.
The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. All in all I have had a positive experience here.
Great Dentists, my usual Dentist is unfortunately currently off ill but his replacement is also outstanding. I have always had great care and by far the best dentists I have ever used. The practice is very clean, and all the staff are always friendly, helpful and will do their best to fit you in where they can. Very pleased and impressed.!
Shocking. My partner went for an emergency appointment 3 months ago after incapacitating pain in his tooth, they identified that he had an abcess and claimed it was "not an emergency", told him to go home and wait for an appointment, he has since contacted them asking if there have been any available, and went up again today after the pain returned and was told the same thing each time - to wait - after research into abcesses all available sources identify them as an emergency. The fact that this dental practice refuse to help him, despite my understanding of their busy schedule, is appalling, and has forced him to go months without treatment of a hazardous infection, we are now trying to seek treatment elsewhere but he's not even able to stand up let alone move, if they had seen him back then when they should have this wouldn't have happened.
Excellent service at this practice. I have always been nervous of dentists, but today was the first time I had treatment without an injection, and that is due to the good services of Gerard Madden and his assistant making me feel at ease. Great service.
