We've been using the Star East takeaway for over 15 years and always had excellent food. Highly recommended and we wouldn't go anywhere else.
Food was absolutely awful !! Chow mein was bland and tasteless , the meat wasn't cooked properly , the chips consisted of a bag of crunchy pieces and the prawn balls were soggy inside. A total waste of 20 !! The worst food ive ever had.
Check the food hygiene rating (big hint it's a 1 of 5 since Oct 16) - but not personally been sick. The stuff we've had has been fine.
Very nice food to take away, usually phone to order and then collect. Very nice Chinese food. Cooked in an open kitchen in full view of customers and great allergen awareness. Highly recommended.
