Food was burnt, chicken skewers were dry, food was cold and lids not on boxes properly so sauce leaked onto other food
Service is appalling won't take card payments (cash only) and on entering the restaurant while waiting for my order noticed how dirty the counters and floors are and stained dirty cushions on the seats poor decoration when I finally got my order became rather concerned of what the food would be like thinking to myself if made the biggest mistake ever coming to this Chinese restaurant and I was right food was disgusting had tummy upset never again will avoid this place in future
Chow mein (Special) was not so special. Bland and little meat.
Generally good food, service not quite so good
We were recommended to try here. Having read the reviews we were sceptical, and so cautious and picky when eating it. However, I can honestly say we had great food. Ordered by phone, it arrived exactly when agreed, so a good start. Standard amounts in the rectangular tubs, not filled tubs as we have had elsewhere, but a good amount. The dishes were tasty not bland, the egg fried rice was just right. The only negative was the mini spring rolls (6), which were dry and bland, and definitely mini.We will definitely be ordering from here again. Will see how the card payment issues work next time, as paid by cash this time. Can really recommend the Singapore Rice Noodles, tasty and hot!
