I highly recommend Ben's yoga classes. Ben is an experienced and intuitive instructor, guiding the class with sensitivity and real attention to detail. He is friendly and warm, and provides a safe space for me to work on my body.I find it really helpful how Ben provides support with (optional) gentle touches that guide me in the yoga positions, and help me to find deeper stretching. Whereas I've found other yoga instructors quite static in their approach, Ben's style has allowed for more movement and more listening to my body, which has ultimately made it both more comfortable and more effective for me. #yoga #yogaben
Bens Yoga classes and workshops are in my top 10 favourite places to be. If you are new to yoga I encourage you to try a class you wont regret it . If you have experience you will be impressed. Ben has a wealth of knowledge and he seems to be developing this all the time. His creative and intuitive approach to teaching yoga somehow promotes a deep calm self awareness within. This is so interesting to me and has inspired me to develop my own daily practice.
Im new to the area and as a beginner finding Bens classes was grounding and encouraging. I had a health issue early on and found the inclusive and varied approach of the sessions very helpful. I look forward to my class once a week and find his administration efficient and calm.
Ben introduced me to Yoga several years ago and helped me to understand the powers of practice through his humble teachings. I can't recommend him enough as he is such a warm, gentle and considerate teacher and his hugs are second to none!
Ben is a wonderful teacher - very professional but also very human. He encourages his students to explore what they are able to do, and offers support and guidance in a safe environment. I've benefitted hugely from Ben's guidance through my rehabilitation from major back surgery. I can't recommend him too highly!
