Great depth of equipment, however the gym is often untidy and asthetically displeasing.
Great facilities, friendly staff! Just be aware of the parking. I was charged for going 1 second over.
Easy parking, open 24 hours. Easy to fit training around home and work life. Has facilities to suit beginners to advanced.
Went in for a pre-booked appointment at 1500 to walk around the gym with a view to signing up, got there a bit early at 1445 and no staff were present even though a dozen or so people were using the gym.I waited until 1515 (along with someone else who had also turned up to view the gym), we both rang the landline which just rang out (you could hear it in the gym very clearly), in the end I walked out and left a note on the reception desk stating my name and how long I had been waiting, no-one has even tried to ring in 2 days.If that's the customer service you get before you have paid, I dread to think of what it would be like after they have your money.
