My are we glad we chose this company!! We were absolutely blown away by their professionalism and friendliness. For the price we paid we received the most excellent service. Two gentlemen carried our heavy boxes and suitcases down 6 flights of stairs, and without any hesitation were prepared to do much more than was expected or agreed upon. We highly recommend this company!
John and his team did a spot on job with our move. Couldnt fault them. Loyal, competent and very hard working. Our move wasnt the easiest because our sellers didnt move out until very late in completion day. John and his team were very patient despite a very early start. We packed ourselves but had a few items that needed some extra wrapping. John and his team very kindly lent us some extra boxes and gave us a load of bubble wrap as part of their service. There was no quibble. When getting the initial quotation, I challenged John about the bad review he had on yell and google and he gave a perfectly reasonable response and thanked me for giving him the opportunity to explain. He reassured me about this and explained he only wanted payment on completion of the job provided I was completely happy. We decided to give him the benefit of doubt and so pleased we did. He and his team did all they said they would and more. I promised him a review to help counter the poor one before. I hope this review will help someone else take the plunge......

The smoothest part of moving house was with BW removals. The boss man is a quiet comedy genius and his lads worked like troopers.
