Stay away . They rejected our application and never returned our money back. We have applied to three different agencies in the past and just because we have young children had all been honest enough to reject our application and returned the money . These people look honest but are rip-offs !
An amazing, professional and outstanding service from Paul, Holly, Debbie and Natalie.We recently sold and purchased a house with Paxtons Estate Agents, Paul and his team were absolutely brilliant, extremely professional, polite and so values driven that we immediately felt we had found friends as oppose to just commissioning a service. Nothing was ever too much trouble and even when our first buyer pulled out, the effort Paul and the team put in ensured we sold again quickly. Paul prides himself on getting to know his clients and to truly understand what they want, he did this with us and the proof of this is the house we now own and love, he chose! We had not seen our house as it was only just coming to market, we were actually looking to move to a different town but when Paul saw it, he knew it was the house for us.
