Completely rude and unhelpful experience!! Walked in with some prepaid Royal Mail parcels to post and was met with a roll of the eyes (if you don't want to accept parcels don't offer the service, sure the Texaco garage is happy to accept the money from royal mail for offering this service). Asked if I could split the parcels across 2 receipts (as with collect+ receipts often combine all tracking numbers on the same one) as I was posting some parcels for a friend, was abruptly told NO. Asked again if there was a way to have them on separate receipts and again abruptly told NO with no explanation, as parcels were starting to be put through I noticed each came with it's own receipt and noted 'oh you get a receipt for each parcel and tracking number' which was met with 'YES I did just say that'. Completely rude and unhelpful experience, especially during the festive season. Wouldn't have taken much for a polite explanation instead of being treated like I was inconveniencing her day by asking to use a service which is offered by the garage and promoted online. Will go back to using collect+ as the staff at the local BP garage are always friendly and chatty when I go in to drop off any parcels.

A post office which runs out of printing labels. Useless, i had to drive accross the otherside of town just to post a parcel!
Apparently or takes 8 months to train up a po operative. There's a way to go but it is convenient in most cases.
Can be a bit slow and it's expensive like other convenience stores but this shop has a fairly good selection and also sells fuel. The post office counter is now open a lot more than in the past, including during evenings, which is very convenient. Note that this is the same shop as the Texaco.
