Just bought a chicken and sweet corn pizza... waiting in the bathroom for it to come back up! First time=Last time!
Absolutely shocking. I was released from hospital after giving birth to premature baby on Christmas Day 2018!! Ordered food as I had been in hospital for a week and was unaware of being released on Christmas Day so I had no fresh food at home whatsoever. 9pm ordered food. Rang at 10:15 to be told it was on way rang at 11 to be told they were waiting for a driver. Rang at 11:45 and no answer. They had already taken payment through just eat! Rang just sat in the morning who contacted them and they said they needed approval from management for a refund cos just eat ring back in 10 minutes, which they did. They did not answer so just eat kindly refunded. Bad bad service. Totally shocked at the incompetence
These guys are usually great but this time I had delivery done and clearly makes a massive difference. Hardly any chilli sauce on the kebab. The pita was all mushy and the paper around my kebab is all wet so you can tell it wasn't fresh. Ordered cheesy chips and only got regular chips. Called the place up and they asked if I wanted cheesy chips re-delivered, well yeah I did pay the extra. The kebab has more onion than salad on it. What a waste of money really.
Really bad meal. Asked for mayo and chilli on a kebab didn't get it.Asked for salad in burger didn't come with it.Asked for pitta with kebab meat and chips (was willing to pay extra on delivery) didn't receive.Was meant to be mixed kebabs but there was no chicken.Meals had hardly any meat, salad or sauce in them.They've changed their donner so it was spicy so kids didn't eat theirs.Order a lot from here will be avoiding next time.Best part of 25 pound wasted
Worst pizza ever. raw dough. insoluble cheese. Delayed delivery. I do not recommend.
