The other reviews say it better than me -- this is a great library located in a superb modern building (that is integrated into an old one).I've taken some photos to show the range of books and subject material they have; they seem good at selecting books as there are so many I want to read.One reviewer said it's the best library in Wiltshire but has he been to them all? There's a really nice purpose-built one in Pewsey and the one in Corsham is hard to beat as it has a pool, a climbing wall, a carpark and community facilities I've never seen connected to a library before.What can be said is that Wiltshire takes its libraries seriously, in an era when public libraries are being closed down.

This library is a massive improvement on the small dark old one, however the opening times make it difficult to visit for people who work f/t and have a commute. Why not have a late opening (until 10pm) once a week? My library in France used to do this and it was very very popular. The foyer is very pleasant too, like an Italian piazza, but sheltered from the rain!
Superb modern library located in the newly built council foyer. Lovely canteen and seating area right next to it also. Best library in Wiltshire.
