I wish I could give more than 5 golden stars, as Richard and the whole staff members are awesome!!!I had an excellent job done on my daughter's hair. Also, a very kind treatment from all the staff members towards us. I came at the salon without a previous app., feeling really upset, due to an awful experience/treatment from another hair salon nearby. I made the wrong decision to go to the first walk in salon and the lady was really unprofessional.Fortunately, we had a first class experience at Richard's Salon as they not only repaired the damaged caused on my little daughter's hair but also offered me a hot drink and great customer care service as a cortesy.I left the salon feeling much happier afterwards. I can't thank you enough.

Absolutely love this salon!!! Beautifully set out. The staff are just amazing! I walk out everytime feeling a completely new person. Always on time, very welcoming, tidy, clean and professional. My son has severe disabilities and hated having his hair done, till he was accepted here for who and how he is. They take every bit of time and patience with him. Always happy to see us. Richard and Darcy are a god send when it comes to doing my son's hair. I honestly couldn't say in words how amazing staff are here! 100% recommend. Wouldn't go to any other place.
