I was really impressed by the customer service at Knees from the shop floor staff right up to senior members. I had two items arrive from a well known manufacturer damaged, and Knees were exceptionally helpful in helping deal with the problem. Their communication was excellent throughout and I felt they were really fighting my corner for me!
The young man who served us, Joe Vowels, was very helpful and professional. He went out of his way to try and locate the product we were looking for. He remembered us from being in the store earlier and had great customer service.. The store is much more modern and trendy with very good value for money. We would definitely recommend a visit.
Really impressed with the service at Knees after ordering a range cooker I had seen online. After purchasing the cooker, Steve couldn't get an early enough delivery date for me from the supplier but promised to contact them and try to move the date forward; as I had already paid in full, I didn't expect to hear from anyone again about the matter and thought I'd have to wait for a later delivery time. However, true to his word, Steve copied me into an email he sent to the supplier immediately after taking my order and then rang back a couple of days later to confirm the date had been moved to much earlier than originally agreed by the supplier. I actually missed Steve's calls a couple of times and he left voicemails and chased me to inform me of the date change. Really couldn't ask for more, and after building a house and dealing with suppliers and retailers for the last two years, I can honestly say it's rare to get such great service. Thank you Knees!
I received excellent service today from Knees of Trowbridge. I enquired about a washing machine in the morning, by mid afternoon it was fitted. They looked into the reviews on the model I was looking at, gave the best price around, and delivered it within 2 hours. Impressive. Thank you Sandra, steve and Marcus. Amazing service and customer care.Would recommend to everyone.
