Booked over the phone. Arrived to pick up my car. "Sorry, sir. We left a voicemail letting you know we don't have any cars available for another 4 hours" (but I didn't receive a voicemail). Apparently I somehow called through to head office to book the vehicle??? And head office can't see the up-to-date vehicle returns for the day etc. So head office books a car, then the actual Enterprise centre has to respond to head office about the availability... So Head office says "You have a car booked to pick up at 12pm today!" And then the centre responds to head office and says "Nope, he doesn't." And leaves me a non-existent voicemail. The staff in the Enterprise centre just stood there looking at me like this was a normal way to book something. They tried to explain that there's an option on the sound board that takes you through to the centre to book. But none of the options say that. I called the number listed for the centre on google, and chose the option for booking a vehicle.Laughable.
